Not even thnking about buying a car! - My Versa was under a recall. I received a postcard that I could get a loaner. I called the dealership where I purchased my Nissan St. Charles. I called them 4 times and sent 2 emails but was ignored by them. I called corporate and within a week I was offered a loaner from Gerald Nissan. It was a Rouge SL which we fell in love with. We were not looking to buy a car and a casual conversation with Jason Connor ended up with us buying a brand new vehicle! Jason and John made the experience painless. In fact, everyone there made us feel like family. I had such a bad experience With Nissan of St. Charles when purchasing my Versa that I never wanted to buy another vehicle. The staff at Gerald Nissan were all so unbelievably kind, caring, and helpful that we ended up buying a car when we were not even thinking about a new car! Also, Anthony in the service department rocks!

What a great car buying experience! Byron is # 1 in customer service. Instead of showing me a bunch of cars, he listened to my needs and wants and picked The Car for me! And when I was certain I could not afford it and would have to compromise, he worked hard to make a great deal. After the purchase, Byron picked me up from another dealership where I had returned my prior lease, drove me back to Nissan, and spent a lot time showing how all the features of my new car worked and introduced me to their service mechanic. It was apparent that he loves his job and his positive attitude made all the difference. I'll be recommending Byron and Gerald Nissan to family and friends. And I love my Nissan Rogue!

Oil change - They were timely with starting my appointment. Everyone was courteous and kind talking with me. Took a while to get my exit paperwork.

It was a great experience,  I made by mistake a wrong appointment at a different dealership and the gentlemen that helped me, wish now I knew his name was super nice and took care of me anyway. And the waiting room was very friendly, was nice to have a hot chocolate and there was snacks which was nice. The gentleman also offered me a coupon with rotation that was going on at that moment, so I really appreciate that. I definitely will go there again
