It was the end of the afternoon and I asked to get an oil change. Alot of places would turn you away but they fit me in and gave me an oil change right away.
Saul is always great and he really takes the time to explain things to me on any additional maintenance that is found like cabin filter replacement needed, etc.
This was my first visit to Gerald Nissan of Naperville and hopefully not my last. Your Service Advisor, Rob Rutkowski took the time to introduce me to the other advisors, gave me a tour of the waiting room, show room, parts department and explained the amenities that are offered to customers. Extremely easy to make service appt. on line. I love getting coupons for regular maintenance. Keeps me going back to the dealer for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. because prices are competitive with non-dealer locations. Very competent staff. Service adviser, Anthony, is exceptional.
I am on Mark's team. He is very pleasant and efficient. He took care of me personally yesterday. Waiting area has refreshments and snacks, tv and quiet cubicles. There is also a place that is away from the tv if you find that distracting.
The speedy service never thought I would enjoy going for an oil change now I’m going to looking forward to my next oil change or any of my car services
Great service from the service crew. They took me in without an appointment for an oil change. The lady cashier needs to get better at her customer service skills though.

It isn't often that you can boast about your experience with a car dealership. I am amazed at how seamless and easy this group made it.
